This is our signature item.  Many countries and nationalities claim this treat to be their own creation.  The Greeks  however, can claim the super-thin pastry called phyllo to be their own.  In Greek "phyllo" means leaf.  The pastry they created is as thin as a leaf and today we all call it phyllo. 

We use only pure sweet cream butter, pure honey, and walnuts.  No oil, fillers or corn syrup.  We make our baklava the same way it has been made for hundreds of years.
